Who we are
Twinclone is made by Kassebaum Engineering LLC, a United States company ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Twinclone you agree to these terms.
The software
Twinclone is a desktop application that synchronizes files between your computer and your Google Drive account. It is currently offered as a beta. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; no sync software should be your only copy of important data.
Licenses
When paid licenses are offered: a license is a one-time purchase that covers all releases of the major version it was purchased for (for example, all 1.x releases), on your personal devices. Free evaluation and complimentary licenses may carry an expiry date. License keys may not be resold or shared publicly.
Acceptable use
Use Twinclone only with Google accounts you are authorized to access, and in compliance with Google's own terms of service.
Disclaimer of warranty
Twinclone is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While the software is engineered with multiple data-safety guards, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kassebaum Engineering LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from the use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be noted in release announcements.
